REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

for

LAWN CARE & LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES

for the

HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHREVEPORT

The Housing Authority of the City of Shreveport hereby requests the submittal of proposals from highly qualified Lawn Care & Landscape Maintenance Services with substantial experience in lawn care maintenance to provide services on behalf of HACS, or any subsidiaries created for HACS's.

A two (2) year contract with three (3) one (1) year renewal options at the sole discretion of the HACS is being offered, subject to the appropriation of funding.

The contract and award will be made at the HACS's discretion. If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this RFP or otherwise provide additional information, an addendum will be issued to all prospective proposers who received copies of the original request.

Responses are due on November 12, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. in the Administrative Office, 2500 Line Avenue, Shreveport, LA 71104.

An interview may be conducted with qualified proposers during the evaluation of the proposals.

The HACS reserves the right to reject any or all proposals when it deems it to be in the best interest of the HACS.
