PROSPOSAL SUBMIITTAL RETURN: Housing Authority of the City of Opelousas, Attn: Toya Thomas-Chavis, Executive Director, 906 East Laurent Street, Opelousas, LA 70570. Proposals must be sealed and can be mailed or hand delivered to the above address. Any proposals received by mail after the deadline will be disqualified regardless of postmarked date.
