HOME-ARP SUPPORTIVE SERVICES

The City of Alexandria, Louisiana, through its Community Development Department, is accepting proposals from qualified organizations for approximately $800,000 in HOME-American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) funding for eligible supportive services benefiting HOME-ARP qualifying populations.

Eligible services may include mental health services, substance abuse treatment, case management, housing search and counseling services, and eligible transportation services.

A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. CST at 625 Murray Street, Second Floor, Planning Conference Room, Alexandria, Louisiana. Virtual participation information will be included in the RFP packet.

Proposals must be received by Friday, November 20, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. CST
