All references in the RFP documents to the October 23, 2026 Submission Deadline, including the cover page and the Procurement Schedule, are revised accordingly. 2. SUBMISSION LOCATION AND METHOD – UNCHANGED The submission location and methods are unchanged. Proposals may be mailed or hand delivered in a sealed envelope to the Jefferson Davis Parish Police Jury, 304 N. State Street, Jennings, LA 70546, or submitted electronically through Central Bidding (www.centralbidding.com).
