CmDv #2606: Rehab - CDBG Minor

Notice is hereby given that separate sealed bids for the CDBG Housing Minor Rehab Repair Program will be received by the Community Development Department at 625 Murray Street, 3rd Floor of the Customer Service Building, Alexandria, Louisiana, until NINE (9) O'CLOCK AM, FRIDAY, November 20, 2026 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

Interested contractors must have a Qualified Contractor ID number from the Community Development Office PRIOR to submitting a bid proposal. Application and documentation is required to obtain the Qualified Contractor ID#. Allow a minimum of five (5) business days to secure the ID#. Bids without the Qualified Contractor ID# will be rejected.

Complete bid packets may be obtained at the City of Alexandrias website, www.cityofalexandriala.com , under the heading Business, and drop down to RFP/RFQ/Bids. All bids relative to this advertisement will begin with CmDv for the bid number / title. Bid packages will be advertised based on disciplines of work to be performed. Contracts will be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder. There is no charge to download bid documents from the Citys website. The City of Alexandria reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities.
