CmDv RFP #2603: Contractor Demolition Services by Work Order

Notice is hereby given that proposals for the City of Alexandrias Demolition Services Request for Proposals will be received by the Community Development Department at 625 Murray Street, 3rd Floor of the Customer Service Building, Alexandria, Louisiana, until NINE (9:00) O'CLOCK AM, Friday, November 20, 2026. The proposals will be scored at a later date, therefore, there is no formal bid opening.

Interested contractors must attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference on November 4, 2026 at 3:00 pm, in order to be eligible to submit. Interested Contractors must also have a Registered Contractor ID number from the Community Development Office PRIOR to submittal. Application and documentation is required to obtain the Qualified Contractor ID#. Allow a minimum of three (3) business days to secure the ID#. Bids without the Registered Contractor ID# will be rejected. Contact the Community Development Office at 318-449-5071 for more information.

Complete RFP packet may be downloaded, free of charge, at the City of Alexandrias website, www.cityofalexandriala.com/rfp . Contracts will be awarded based on evaluation ranking to participate in an annual rotating Work Order list system. The City of Alexandria reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities.
