REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)

Architectural & Engineering (A&E) Professional Services

Government Tower Parking Garage

The Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government (TPCG) is accepting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Architectural & Engineering (A&E) Professional Services for the Government Tower Parking Garage.

Submittals must be received by November 10, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. Central Time (CT) as shown on the TPCG Purchasing Division Conference Room Clock to be considered responsive. All submittals received by the due date and time will be opened for the sole purpose of recording the names of the individuals or firms submitting responses.

The RFQ packet can be found on http://www.centralauctionhouse.com/rfp.php?cid=65. To view, download, and receive notices by email, you must register with Central Auction House (CAH).

Each submittal shall be either hand delivered by the respondent or his agent in which instance the deliverer shall be handed a written receipt or shall be sent by United States Postal Service registered or certified mail with a return receipt requested. Submittals shall not be accepted or taken, including receiving any hand delivered submittals, on days which are recognized as holidays by the United States Postal Service.
