A motion was offered by Jason Connor seconded by Mike Richard and duly carried, approving the minutes of the regular meeting September 14, 2026.

A motion was offered by Cory Duplantis, seconded by Mike Richard and duly carried, approving the bills for payment.

A motion was offered by Jason Connor, seconded by Stephanie Broussard and duly carried, approving Partial Payment #1 to EP Breaux in the amount of $71,202.50 regarding the Electrical Substation,

A motion was offered by Jason Connor, seconded by Stephanie Broussard and duly carried, approving Partial Payment #4 to TriStar in the amount of $40,023.15 regarding the Electrical Substation.

A motion was offered by Cory Duplantis, seconded by Jason Connor and duly carried, approving Change Order #1 with an increase of $4,105.00 to Preferred Electric regarding replacement of Existing Street Light Fixtures with New LED Fixtures.

A motion was offered by Cory Duplantis, seconded by Stephanie Broussard and duly carried, approving Partial Payment #2 to Preferred Electric in the amount of $72,468.90.

A motion was offered by Scott Bernard, seconded by Jason Connor and duly carried, adopting a Resolution of Acceptance authorizing the Mayor to Execute an Act of Acceptance from Preferred Electric, Inc., pertaining to the completion of the contract for the replacement of existing street light fixtures with new led fixtures.

A motion was offered by Stephanie Broussard, seconded by Jason Connor and duly carried, adopting the September budget-to-actual financial reports.

A motion was offered by Cory Duplantis, seconded by Jason Connor and duly carried, adopting a Resolution to increase Court Fines by $4.00.

A motion was offered by Jason Connor, seconded by Stephanie Broussard and duly carried, there being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
