Request for Proposals (RFP) will be received by the Ascension Parish Government (Parish) Purchasing Office, 615East Worthey Street, Gonzales, Louisiana 70737 until November 19, 2026 @ 3:00 PM local time for the following:

Emergency Feeding for Ascension Parish Employees

During a Declared State of Emergency

STATEMENT OF WORK

The Parish is accepting proposals for emergency feeding of its employees during a declared state of emergency inAscension Parish. The responsible respondent shall comply with Health and Safety Requirements in accordancewith Louisiana Department of Health. During emergency operations, meal service may be required to supportemergency workers responding to a declared or undeclared disaster. The contractor will be responsible forproviding hot or cold meals based on the needs of the agency requested.

All questions regarding the RFP shall be submitted to the Purchasing Department via email atpurchasing@apgov.us by 3:00 p.m. local time (CT) on November 5, 2026. Responses will be coordinated with theProject Coordinator and posted on the www.centralauctionhouse.com by 3:00 p.m. local time (CT) no later thanNovember 12, 2026.

Firms/Individuals who are interested in providing services requested under this RFP must submit six (6) copies ofproposals by the date and time specified. The information shall be received in hard copy (printed) version by:Ascension Parish Government, Purchasing Department, 615 East Worthey Street, Gonzales, LA 70737 on orbefore 3:00 p.m. Central Time on the date specified in the Schedule of Events. Electronic submittals are permittedvia http://www.centralauctionhouse.com; however, six (6) hard copies must still be submitted within 24 hours ofthe Proposal submission deadline. The Parish is closed on Fridays, so hard copies may be received the nextbusiness day, which is typically Monday, unless Monday is a recognized holiday. The Parish shall not be responsible if the bidder cannot complete and submit an RFP due to failure or incompletedelivery of the files submitted via the internet.

The Parish reserves the right to disqualify any responses to Bids, Request for Qualifications, or Request forProposals if it is not authorized to do business in the State of Louisiana.

The Parish reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals for just cause.
