Electronic Bids can be submitted through www.centerline.co/bidding. Bids will be received until 10:00 AM, Thursday, November 19, 2026, and read aloud at the Porche May Office.

Complete Bid Documents prepared by Porche|May Architects, LLC, 1808 Elm Street, Lake Charles, LA 70601 for this project are available in electronic form. Bid Documents may be obtained free of charge at the Centerline BidConnect website: https://www.centerline.co/bidding.

Printed copies are not available from the Architect. Printed copies can be ordered from Centerline BidConnect at the Contractor's expense.

Any questions regarding the project or bidding documents must be made in writing by way of email. Please submit these questions to cameron@pmarchitects.design. It is the intent that questions will be answered via a formally issued Addendum, to be distributed via Centerline BidConnect.

A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD

at 10:00 AM on Thursday, October 29, 2026, at 101 Rita Drive, Bell City, LA 70630.

Bids shall be accepted from Contractors who are licensed under LA R.S. 37:2150-2192 for the classification of Building Construction. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after receipt of bids, except under the provisions of LA R.S. 38:2214. Evidence of authority to submit the bid shall be required in accordance with R.S. 38:2212 (B)(5) and/or R.S. 39:1594 (C)(4).

The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. In accordance with LA R.S. 38:2212 (B)(1), the provisions and requirements of this Section and those stated in the bidding documents shall not be waived by any entity.

No Bid shall be accepted unless accompanied by bid security in an amount of five percent (5%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates. The form of this security shall be as stated in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bid Documents for this project.

The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond as described in the Instructions to Bidders.

This project may be financed or eligible for reimbursement in whole or in part by federal or other funds. The Owner shall incur no obligation to the Contractor until the Contract between Owner and Contractor is fully executed.

CONTRACT TIME & LD'S

Construction/Contract Time: 150 calendar days

Liquidated Damages: $400.00 per calendar day
