Sealed bids will be received for the Rapides Parish Public Works Department on Three (3) Kenworth Dump Trucks by the Rapides Parish Police Jury, 711 Washington Street, Alexandria, LA 71301, until 10:00am local time, on October 23, 2026. Then at said time and place the bids will be open and read aloud for Bid #3568 Three (3) Kenworth Dump Trucks. Any proposals received after bid closing time will be returned unopened.

The owner shall have the right to reject any or all bids for just cause in accordance with the State of Louisiana Public Bid Law and shall reject any bid not accompanied by the information required in the advertisement or in bidding documents.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope stating on the outside the name and address of the Bidder and Bid number 3568. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to Rapides Parish Police Jury.
