PUBLIC NOTICE - - - The Commissioners of the LACPC Joint Municipal Commission are requesting price lists through an RFP from sports-lighting manufacturers that sell product and related services directly to end users. Electronic responses must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. CDT on November 12, 2026, at https://lamats.easibuy.com. Interested manufacturers must register at https://lamats.easibuy.com to access the complete RFP documents and submit their offers. All solicitation requirements must be followed. Price lists are requested for new and retrofit lighting packages and services for indoor and outdoor sports complexes, including facilities for football, soccer, baseball, softball, tennis, and other sports. Manufacturers must be able to provide information about materials and product sources and origins located outside the United States and its territories. The LACPC is a Joint Cooperative Commission established under Louisianas Local Services Law, La. R.S. 33:1322 et seq. It assists members and affiliates in creating joint-use, cooperative, and group-purchasing contracts for items needed to provide and enhance public services, including parks and recreation services. The LACPC and its commissioners will have sole discretion to determine whether any respondents qualify to receive contracts under this solicitation. While price is a component of the LACPCs evaluation process, best value and quality of services provided will be the determining factor. The product and services of accepted proposers will be offered through the LACPC and the following LACPC affiliated group purchase organizations: 1) the LACPC Louisiana Local Government Group Purchasing Organization (for municipalities and parishes); 2) the LACPC - Louisiana Parks and Recreation Group Purchasing Organization (for municipal and parish-controlled parks and recreation districts); and 3) the LPS-Schools Group Purchasing Organization.
