PUBLIC NOTICE - - - Advertisement for the American Press Request for Qualifications The Airport Authority of Airport District No. One of Calcasieu Parish (hereinafter referred to as LCH or the Authority) seeks Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified, interested consulting firms to provide professional planning, engineering, and advisory services related to the assessment, feasibility, and conceptual development of a microgrid system at Lake Charles Regional Airport (LCH). This project aims to evaluate and identify site-specific distributed energy resources and system configurations needed to ensure uninterrupted critical airport operations during disaster preparation, response, and recovery events. The selected consultant will be expected to furnish all services required to supplement the Authority in the provision of planning, feasibility analysis, conceptual design, and implementation strategy development, in accordance with applicable FAA, LA DOTD, FEMA, and State of Louisiana requirements.
