Grass Cutting Proposal

Tangipahoa Parish Sewerage District No.1 (herein referred to as TPSD1) shall receive sealed proposals marked Grass Cutting Proposal, for the following:

Grass cutting at 14 sites

totaling around 30 acres.

Twenty-one cuttings in total, each site is cut seven times per year. This will be a proposal for 3 years of cuttings.

Proposal packets will be

available for pick up at the Sewerage District No.1 office located at 15485 W. Club

Deluxe Rd. Hammond,

Louisiana 70403 or available for download at

www.tangisewerdistrict.com . Completed proposals should be addressed to Sewerage

District No. 1 of the Parish of Tangipahoa and submitted to the same office no later than 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday

October 28, 2026. Proposal shall be designated as 2027 Grass Cutting Proposal.

All proposals must be

submitted in duplicate. Any

proposals received after the specified time and date will not be considered. The sealed

proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday October 28, 2026 in the meeting room of the Tangipahoa Parish

District 15485 Club Deluxe Rd., Hammond, Louisiana. The

information for proposers,

plats of the site, copies, and any other documents may be examined at the office of the Tangipahoa Parish Sewerage District No 1 at 15485 West Club Deluxe Road, Hammond, La. 70403.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to

reject any and all proposals.

No proposer may withdraw his/her proposal within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
