FOR BIDS

HOSPITAL SERVICE DISTRICT NO. 3 OF THE PARISH OF ALLEN,

STATE OF LOUISIANA

LAB ADDITION

Sealed bids will be received by Hospital Service District No. 3 of the Parish of Allen, State of Louisiana, at Allen Parish Hospital, 108 6th Avenue, Kinder, Louisiana 70648, until 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Bids are requested for the Lab Addition at Allen Parish Hospital in Kinder, Louisiana, in accordance with the Bidding Documents prepared by LD4 Design Company LLC.

Complete electronic Bidding Documents, including drawings and specifications, are available through the Louisiana Associated General Contractors (LAGC) Plan Room/Plan News. Bidding Documents shall remain available to bidders in accordance with Louisiana Public Bid Law.

A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will be held at Allen Parish Hospital, 108 6th Avenue, Kinder, Louisiana 70648, on Friday, October 23, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend and familiarize themselves with the existing conditions and requirements of the Work.

Bids shall be submitted on the Louisiana Uniform Public Work Bid Form furnished with the Bidding Documents. Bidders shall comply with the applicable requirements of Louisiana Public Bid Law, R.S. 38:2211 et seq.

Each bid shall be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check, cashierÕs check, or bid bond in an amount not to exceed five percent (5%) of the bid, as prescribed by R.S. 38:2218 and the Bidding Documents.

The successful bidder shall be required to furnish the required performance and payment bonds in accordance with the Bidding Documents and applicable Louisiana law.

Bidders shall possess the appropriate Louisiana contractorÕs license as required by law and shall provide the Louisiana contractorÕs license number as required by the Bidding Documents.

No bid may be withdrawn except as provided by Louisiana law. Hospital Service District No. 3 of the Parish of Allen reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause in accordance with Louisiana Public Bid Law.
