A mandatory pre bid conference/walk through shall be held on Wednesday. October 14 2026 at 10:00 AM at the installation site located at 7400 Academy Drive, Alexandria, La. 71303.

Contract will be awarded to the lowest, most qualified bidder who bids according to specifications with the right reserved by the Sheriffs Office to reject any and all bids.

Preference is hereby given to materials, supplies and provisions produced, manufactured or grown in Louisiana, quality being equal to articles offered by competitors outside of the State.
