ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

General Notice

Avoyelles Parish School Board (owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

Avoyelles High School Drive and Parking Lot lmprovements

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Avoyelles Parish School Board

warehouse located at 539 west Bon Temps Street, Marksville, l-A 71351, until Tuesday, October 27,

2026 at 2:00 P.M. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:

The project consists of cleaning and closed-circuit televlsion inspection of storm drainage

system, repair of storm drainpipe, installation of new drainage structures and pipin&

pavement demolltion, asphalt and concrete pavin& sidewalk repairs, and installation of

pavement markings at the Avoyelles High School in Moreauville, Louisiana.

Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the BiddinB Documents at the lssuing Office Monday

through Thursday between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. and Friday between the hours of 8:00

A.M. and 2:30 P.M. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the lssuing O{fice.

Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the lssuing Office by paying a deposit of

920{l for each set. Bidders who return full sets of the Bidding Documents in good condition within 10

days after receipt of Bids will receive a full refund. Non-Bidders, and Bidders who obtain more than one

set of the Bidding Documents, will receive a refund of 5100 for documents returned in good condition

within the time limit indicated above. Make deposit checks for Bidding Documents payable to Delta

Engineering Group, LLC.

Bidding Documents may also be obtained and Bids submitted electronically for the Project at the

following designated website. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be

offered through the designated website.

Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including

addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the lssuing Office and the designated website.
