KISATCHIE NATIONAL FOREST

The C52 Freeman View Sale is located within Township 1 North, Range 2 West, Sections 10,11,14,15 of Rapides Parish. The Forest Service will receive Sealed bids at Supervisor's Office, 2500 Shreveport Hwy., Pineville, LA 71360 before or at the time of public bid opening at 9:00 AM local time on 10/29/2026 for an estimated volume of 86 CCF of Hardwoods sawtimber, 2054 CCF of Southern Yellow Pine sawtimber, 161 CCF of Hardwoods pulpwood, and 975 CCF of Softwood - Other pulpwood marked or otherwise designated for cutting. The Forest Service reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Interested parties may obtain a prospectus from the office listed below. A prospectus, bid form, and complete information concerning the timber, the conditions of sale, and submission of bids is available to the public from the Calcasieu Ranger District, 9912 Hwy 28 W., Boyce, LA 71409 or Supervisor's Office, 2500 Shreveport Hwy., Pineville, LA 71360.
