PUBLIC NOTICE - - - REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS As-Needed NEPA Decision Making and Permitting Support Services Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the Port of New Orleans (Board) is requesting proposals for Professional Services for as-needed NEPA decision making and permitting support. All Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be available on www.centralbidding.com on Friday, September 25, 2026. The RFP documents may also be obtained from the SEBConnect App, available on both the Apple and Google Play platforms. Proposals must be submitted via Central Bidding, no later than 11:00 AM (CST), on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, to be considered. Respondents shall follow the instructions given in this Request for Proposals (RFP) in order to respond with a valid proposal for evaluation by the Boards Evaluation Committee.
