Bidders may elect to submit bids electronically via the internet. Electronic bids for the city are available for submission at www.bidexpress.com.

Evidence of Authority to submit the bid shall be required in accordance with LA RS 38:2212(A)(1)(c).

NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The city of Ruston reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause and reserves the right to waive any and all informalities.
