Notice is hereby given that the Caldwell Parish School Board will receive sealed bids at

on or before 10-02-2026, at 9:00am for the janitorial products for the period of 10-01-2026 to 12-31-2026. A full listing of the products is available from dsoignier@caldwelledu.org. Delivery policy also needs to be provided with respect to “order placed date” and “expected delivery date” as well as shipping costs per delivery.

Bids will be opened at the Caldwell Parish School Board Office on 10-02-2026 at 9:15am.

At the above time and place, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. No proposal may be withdrawn within fourteen days after the above scheduled time of opening and the right is reserved to reject and all bids and to waive informalities. Deliveries must be to the school locations. Minimum of fifteen items is required to be awarded a bid.
