ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Project No. 2026-07

Parish of Franklin-Sheriff & Ex-Officio Tax Collector (Franklin Parish Sheriff’s Office) (herein referred to as the “Owner”) Sealed bids marked “Sealed Bid – Project No. 2026-07” will be received by the Owner for the construction (remodel of interior at 6561 Main Street, Winnsboro, LA), the project described as follows: Proposals shall be addressed to the FPSO, and delivered to FPSO located at 6556 Main Street, Winnsboro, LA 71295 not later than 12:00 noon, on the 29th day of September 2026. Sealed bids to be marked “Sealed Bid-Project No. 2026-07”.

Any bid received after the specified time and date will not be considered. The sealed bids will be publicly opened at 2:00pm on September 29, 2026, at the Franklin Parish Sheriff’s Office. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Contractor shall begin mobilization and procurement of materials within ten (10) working days of the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Any person with disabilities requiring special accommodations must contact FPSO of no later than seven (7) days prior to bid opening. IN PARTICULAR, BIDDERS SHOULD NOTE THE REQUIRED TO SUBMITTED WITH THE BID PROPOSAL.
