MODERNIZATION COORDINATOR AND ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES

for the

HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHREVEPORT

The Housing Authority of the City of Shreveport (HACS) is extending an opportunity forModernization Coordinator and Architectural Services. The firms qualifications should indicatethe ability to perform the work required in a timely and sufficient manner. This entireprocurement procedure and contract award is subject to the U.S. Department of Housing andUrban Development (HUD) and all applicable Federal/State law and/or regulations. HACSreserves the right to suspend this procurement action if it is found not in accordance with allapplicable laws and regulations or in the event of any impropriety.

The contract and award will be made at HACSs discretion. If it becomes necessary to revise anypart of this RFQ or otherwise provide additional information, an addendum will be issued to allqualified firms who received copies of the original request.

The responses are due on October 7, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. in the Administrative Office, 2500 LineAvenue, Shreveport, LA 71104.

An interview may be conducted with qualified firms during the evaluation process.

The HACS reserves the right to reject any or all submissions when it deems it to be in the bestinterest of the HACS.
