Calcasieu Parish Consolidated Gravity Drainage District 1 (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

Maplewood Ph2 Drainage Improvements

Engineers Project No.: 219016

Bids will be received online at www.bidexpress.com until October 8, 2026 at 10am. Bids received will be publicly opened and read at 1331 Swisco Rd., Sulphur, LA 70665. Bidders contractor license must include Highway, Streets, and Bridge Construction and Municipal & Public Works Construction classification. *(The prime contractor shall hold the Highway, Streets, and Bridge Construction classification. The requirement for Municipal & Public Works Construction classification may be satisfied with a sub-contractor.)

The Project includes the following Work:

Install new cross drain and catch basins on Prater Road; excavate existing drainage lateral; install flexible revetment; construct spoil bank.

Prospective Bidders may obtain complete Bidding Documents from www.bidexpress.com.

A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on September 23, 2026 at 10am at 1331 Swisco Rd., Sulphur, LA 70665.
