Please provide: Name of Company; Contact Person Name; Contact Person Phone Number; Contact Person email; General or Subcontractor Status. Contractors will be responsible for producing paper sets if they choose to do so.

Owners Budget is $650,000.00. All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid and all additive alternates and must be in the form of a certified check or cashiers check drawn on a bank insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, or a Bid Bond written by a surety company licensed to do business in Louisiana and signed by the suretys agent or attorney in fact.

The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond written by a company licensed to do business in Louisiana with at least an A-rating in the latest printing of the A.M. Bests Key Rating Guide to write individual bonds up to ten percent of policyholders surplus in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount.

No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after receipt of bid.

A PRE-BID CONFERENCE (NOT MANDATORY) WILL BE HELD at 10:00AM on SEPTEMBER 25, 2026 at 103 W. Grove St., WELSH, LA 70591.

Bids shall be accepted from Contractors who are licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2192. Bidder is required to comply with provisions and requirements of LA R.S. 38:2212(B)(5). No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after receipt of bids, except under the provisions of LA. R.S. 38:2214.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. In accordance with La. R.S. 38:2212(B)(1), the provisions and requirements of this Section; and those stated in the bidding documents shall not be waived by any entity.
