The Airport Authority District No. One, Calcasieu Parish (hereinafter LCH) seeks Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified interested firms to provide development and management of financing, planning, administration, and design services related to its capital improvement program at the Lake Charles Regional Airport (LCH). The selected consultant will be expected to furnish all services required to supplement the Authority in the undertaking and planning related to its program.
