INVITATION FOR BID

Sealed Bids are hereby invited by the Parish of Caddo for:

IFB: 26-16,

Stationary Compactors for Public Works (4 Cubic Yard)

Complete Documents may be obtained without charge, from the Purchasing Division, Parish of Caddo, Government Plaza, 505 Travis Street, Suite 850, Shreveport, Louisiana 71101. Bids shall be submitted on an official proposal form furnished with the bid package. Bids submitted in any other form may be rejected.

The bid shall be submitted in an envelope clearly marked as:

Bids will be received no later than 3:00 p.m., Thursday, September 10, 2026 at the Purchasing Division, Parish of Caddo, Government Plaza, 505 Travis Street, Suite 850, Shreveport, Louisiana 71101, and will be opened shortly thereafter. No bid shall be received after this date and time. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud by the Parish Administrator or a designated representative as stated.

The Parish of Caddo reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any and all bids and to waive any and all technicalities and informalities in accordance with the state law.
