PUBLIC NOTICE - - - Central Community School System Child Nutrition Program The Central Community School System will receive sealed bids for the Child Nutrition Program for the purchase of fresh produce for the 2026-2027 School Year. Bids will be opened at 10:00 am on the following dates: July 14, 2026; September 15, 2026; October 20, 2026; November 17, 2026; January 26, 2027; March 16, 2027; May 18, 2027. The deadline for submitting questions concerning these bids will be one week prior to the bid opening. Written responses will be provided no later than 5 days prior to bid opening. There is no pre-bid conference required. Specifications will be available to vendors until 10:00 am CST on the dates listed above. Bids will be available on Central Auction House.com. Bid will also be available on the Central Community School System, Child Nutrition Program website at www.centralcss.org. Bids may also be picked up at the Child Nutrition office at 11576 Sullivan Road, Baton Rouge, La., 70818 between 8:30 am and 2:00 pm.
