Any bid received after the specified time and date will not be considered. The sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2 p.m. on the 15 day of July, 2026, at the Town of St. Francisville City Hall located at 11936 Ferdinand St, St Francisville, LA 70775. The bidder shall show his license number on the bid and on the sealed envelope submitting the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause; such actions will be in accordance with Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes. In accordance with R.S. 38:2212 (A)(1)(b), the provisions and requirements stated in the Bidding Documents shall not be waived by any entity.
