The St. John Community Cemetery is accepting bids for the maintenance of the cemetery property located at:​413 Barfield Rd., Delhi Louisiana 71232 until 5:00pm July 17, 2026.

* All bids must be sent through the USPS to: P.O. Box 2, Delhi, LA 71232 – to be accepted.

* No bids will be accepted after the deadline of - 5:00pm on July 17, 2026.

* Bids will be for a one (1) year term.

* Insurance information may be provided with your bid, but is not required.

Acceptable bids will be opened at a meeting of the St. John Community Cemetery Temporary Board at 6:00pm, July 17, 2026 at the Union Valley Baptist Church, on Cook Rd. in Delhi, LA.

The cemetery maintenance committee will determine the number of times per month the work needs be done. Therefore, bid prices should reflect the cost of the work on a one-time basis. *Provide a price for each listed item as a single work event*

Prices for each of these services must be included for a complete bid.
