NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Notice is hereby given that the Vernon Parish Police Jury, PO Box 1548, Leesville, Louisiana, 71496, will receive sealed bids until Monday, June 29, 2026, at 10 a.m. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud; bids received after specified closing time will not be accepted. All interested parties are welcome at bid opening. The Vernon Parish Police Jury reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause, in accordance with R.S. 38:2212 & 2214.

2. SS1 Primer: to be delivered to Parish Wide Maintenance Yard, 602 Alexandria Highway, Leesville, Louisiana 71446. Anticipated quantities of 500, 1000, 1,500, 2,500, and 3,000 gallons per month for overlay purposes, for the year 2026.

3. Tank Car Culverts: 5, 6, 7, 8, & 10 diameter, for the year 2026.
