The Parish Purchasing Agent, on behalf of the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury, does hereby advertise for sealed proposals and will open same on:

1. Wednesday, June 24, 2026.

2. At the Office of the Parish Purchasing Agent on the first floor of the Parish Government Building, 1015 Pithon Street, in the city of Lake Charles, Louisiana, 70601, at the hour of 2:30 P.M., Central Time Zone.

3. For Pavement Asset Management Services (RFP-2026-ENG-135).

4. Request for Proposal documents may be obtained in the Office of the Parish Purchasing Agent in the Government Building, requested via email at purchasing@calcasieu.gov, or accessed via electronic bidding through www.calcasieu.gov.

5. The successful proposer shall be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the awarded contract amount as defined in the request for proposal.

6. The Calcasieu Parish Police Jury reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.

7. The Calcasieu Parish Police Jury shall incur no obligation to the Contractor/Proposer until the Contract between the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury and the Contractor/Proposer is fully executed.

8. Minority owned firms and small businesses are encouraged to participate. Any person with disabilities requiring special accommodations must contact the Parish no later than seven (7) days prior to Request for Proposal opening.

9. All sealed proposals must be plainly marked and should contain the following on the outside of the envelope:
