NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Kinder Town Council will conduct a public hearing to hear a variance request from Kinder Bible Church for property located at 702 4th Avenue, Lots 9 & 10 of block three (3) east of 7th Street, Kinder, LA 70648 on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Fred A. Ashy Municipal Building, 333 N. 8th Street, Kinder, Louisiana.

Additional information regarding this application is available and on file for public inspection at the Fred A. Ashy Municipal Building between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday and between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM on Friday.

Interested parties may appear at the public hearing and be heard with respect to the application.
