Invitation For Bids

The East Carroll Parish Police Jury will receive sealed bids at the Police Jury Office, located at 400 First Street, Lake Providence, Louisiana, until 12:00 noon on May 21, 2026, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Sealed bids are being requested for the purchase of one (1) new heavy-duty cab and chassis tractor truck (2026 or newer).

Detailed specifications may be obtained at the Police Jury Office, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

The East Carroll Parish Police Jury reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
