AN ORDINANCE TO SELL PROPERTIES THAT HAVE BEEN ADJUDICATED TO THE CITY OF VILLE PLATTE
WHEREAS, Louisiana Revised Statute 47:2201,47,2202,47:2203 and 47:2204 provide that a political subdivision may provide by special ordinance for the sale of the adjudicated property at a public sale.
WHEREAS, the City of Ville Platte shall offer for sale the following adjudicated properties with a minimum bid of $500.00, plus the amount due on any governmental liens,judgments, mortgages,and/or encumbrances that may be on each adjudicated properties.
