NOTICE OF CHANGE IN CONTROL OF BANK HOLDING COMPANY

DMMS Purchaser, Inc., 1649 Joseph St., New Orleans, Louisiana 70115, DMMS Management LLC, 1649 Joseph St., New Orleans, Louisiana 70115, and DMMS Holdings LLC, 1649 Joseph St., New Orleans, Louisiana 70115, have applied to the Federal Reserve Board for permission to form bank holding companies through the acquisition of MC Bancshares, Inc., 1204 Greenwood Street, Morgan City, Louisiana 70380. We intend to acquire control of MC Bank & Trust, 1204 Greenwood Street, Morgan City, Louisiana 70380. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the application including the record of performance of banks we own in helping to meet local credit needs.

You are invited to submit comments in writing on this application and notice to the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, 1000 Peachtree Street N.E., Atlanta, Georgia 30309-4470. The comment period will not end before March 13, 2026 and may be somewhat longer. The Board’s procedures for processing applications may be found at 12 C.F.R. Part 262.
