A certain parcel of land situated in the City or Leesville, Vernon Parish, Louisiana, and known as a portion of Lot 11, Block 1, Lincoln Heights Addition to the City of Leesville, being more fully described as: Begin at Northeast Corner of said Lot 11; thence Southerly 105 feet along the East line of said Lot 11; thence Westerly in an arc along the South line of Lot 11 for 107 feet; thence Northerly 127 feet to Place of Beginning; and the Westerly 10 feet of Lot 10, Block 1, Lincoln Heights Addition to the City or Leesville, Vernon Parish, Louisiana, per plat thereof duly recorded In Plat Cabinet 1, Slide 61-B.

A certain parcel of land situated in the City of Leesville, Vernon Parish, Louisiana, and known as being Lot 10, Block 1, Lincoln Heights Addition to the City of Leesville, as the plat of the same appears of record in Volume 243, at Page 34 of the Conveyance Records of Vernon Parish, Louisiana.
