Zainey DIVISION 4 Magistrate Judge Karen Wells Roby NOTICE OF ACTION BROUGHT FOR EXONERATION FROM OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Notice is given that Limitation Petitioners, Associated Federal Pilots and Docking Masters of Louisiana, LLC., Federal Pilots, Inc. and Associated Federal Coast Pilots of Louisiana, Inc., as current and/or former owners and operators of the M/V FEDERAL PILOT I and the M/V FEDERAL PILOT III, have filed a Complaint claiming the right to exoneration from or limitation of liability for all claims arising out of certain alleged incidents of asbestos exposure involving the M/V FEDERAL PILOT I and the M/V FEDERAL PILOT III from 1978 through 2000. All persons having such claims must file them as provided in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Supplemental Rule F, with the Clerk of this Court, at the United States Courthouse, Eastern District of Louisiana, 500 Poydras St, New Orleans, LA 70130 and serve copies on or mail copies to Limitation Petitioners attorneys, Kent B. Ryan, Stephanie D. Skinner, and Miller Hahn, PLLC, 365 Canal Street, Suite 860, New Orleans, Louisiana 70130, on or before the 30th day of January, 2026, or be defaulted.
