By virtue of a Writ of Seizure and Sale directed to me by the Honorable Judges of Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, in the above entitled cause, I will proceed to sell by public auction, on the ground floor of the Civil District Court Building, 421 Loyola Avenue, in the First District of the City on January 22, 2026, at 12:00 o'clock noon, the
following described property to wit:
Certain portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all the rights, ways, privileges and prescriptions, servitudes, advantages and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Third Municipl District of the City of New Orleans, section 23 of the Lakratt Tract (Formerly Newe Orleans Lakeshore Land Company subdivision) designated as Lot No. 5E1A-1, all in accordance with an act of resubdivision dates September 11, 1975, By J.L. Krebs and Sons, Inc., C.E., and led as a title change on October 24, 1975, in COB 731, FOLIO 64 under registry No. 178091, said lot being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the intersection of the south line interstate highway I-10 Right of Way and the seat line of Bundy Road, which point is the Northeast con of old Lot 5E1, hihgway I-10 Right of way and corner; Thence proceed norh 64 degreees, 18 minutes, 13 seconds East A distance of 216.66 feet to the point of beginning; sad lot being a portion of original Lot 5RE1.
