NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Franklinton is requesting proposals for Program Management Consulting Services. All proposals must be clearly marked “SEALED BID – TOWN OF FRANKLINTON-DISASTER RECOVERY CONSULTING SERVICES” and submitted to the Town of Franklinton, located at 301 11 th Avenue, Franklinton, LA 70438, prior to Thursday, January 22, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Any RFP delivered or received after 4:00 p.m. will not be considered and shall be returned unopened to the addressee. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
