KINDER DRAINAGE DISTRICT NO. 2

MEETING

NOVEMBER 6, 2025

The following board members present were Lane Manuel, Thomas Mayes, Kurt Unkel and Norman Fontenot.

Motion was made by Thomas Mayes, seconded by Lane Manuel and passed to dispense with the reading of the minutes.

Old business: Crawcon LLc completed ditch cleaning at Teal Ridge Tower and Coushatta ditch. Board agreed to pay Roy Marcantel for installation of pipe on the west Kinder ditch.

New business: None.

Motion was made and seconded to pay bills for the month.

Meeting adjourned.

Next meeting will be on December 4, 2025 at 5p.m. at the Farm Bureau office in Kinder, Louisiana.
