Notice is hereby given that by virtue of SEIZURE AND SALE issued out of the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed Thomas S. Romero Sheriff, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Iberia, La., have seized, and will offer for sale and will sell at public auction, for cash WITHOUT appraisal, to the last and highest bidder, at the Court House, in the City of New Iberia, La., between legal sale hours starting at 10 a.m. on

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 2025

The following described property, to-wit:

That certain lot of ground, together with all improvements thereon, with all rights, ways, privileges, servitudes and appurtenances thereunto appertaining, lying and being situated in Section 41, Township 12 South, Range 5 East, 1st Ward of Iberia Parish. Louisiana, containing one and 952/100 (1.952) acres, and bounded on the North by Louisiana State Highway 682, on the South by property of Marie J. Leblanc, her heirs, successors or assigns; on the East by Tract No. 2 of the plat hereinafter referred to, and on the West by Tract No. 4 of the said plat, being TRACT NO. 3 of plat prepared by Noy 0. Lewis, Surveyor, on May 27,1967 and which plat is attached to Conveyance Original No. 137054 of the records of Iberia Parish, Louisiana; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.

To pay and satisfy the sum of:

ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED FIFTEEN DOLLARS AND 74/100 ($150,415.74) with interest thereon at 5.500% per annum from June 01,2024, until paid; reasonable attorneys fees. And all costs of these proceedings.

ALL SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS MUST HAVE CASH (CASH PAYMENT IN THE FORM OF A CASHIERS CHECK), CASHIERS CHECK OR A VERIFIABLE LETTER OF CREDIT IN FAVOR OF SAID BIDDER FROM A SOLVENT BANK, SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OR OTHER SUCH FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AUTHORIZED TO DO BUSINESS IN THE STATE OF LOUISIANA AND FULL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ON DATE OF SALE.
