By virtue of a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued out of the Third District Court, in and for the Parish of Union, State of Louisiana, in the above styled and numbered cause and to me directed as Sheriff of Union Parish, I have seized and taken into my possession and will offer for sale at public auction in the lobby of the Union Parish Sheriff’s Complex at 710 Holder Road in the Town of Farmerville, Louisiana, within legal hours of sale, on October 22, 2025, the following described property, to-wit:
The south half of Lot 5 of Unit 1 of Deer Park Estates, located in Section 31, Township 19 North, Range 1 East, as per plat in Plat Book “B”, page 64, Union Parish, Louisiana, containing 2.35 acres, more or less, together with all improvements situated thereon and thereto belonging. The municipal address is believed to be 128 Fawn Drive, Downsville, La 71234.
Seized as the property of the defendant and will be sold to satisfy said WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE and all costs.
Terms of sale: Cash to the last and highest bidder, WITHOUT the benefit of appraisement.
