Notice:

In accordance with Louisiana State Statues, notice is hereby given that Dr. Barry Leader, of Eyecare Associates, is retiring from the practice located at 3715 Prytania St., Suite 250, New Orleans, LA 7015 and 4324 Veterans Memorial Blvd., Suite 102, Metairie, LA 70006. All patients may retrieve their medical records from either of the above listed Eyecare Associates practices, or by calling 504-455-9825. Dr. Leaders last day at the practice will be Oct. 15, 2025. It is important for existing patients to schedule an appointment within the next 30 days either with one of Eyecare Associates physicians or outside eyecare doctor to ensure they are receiving ongoing care.
