The "Pledge of Allegiance" was recited after the invocation by Courtney Freeman.

Call to order was made by Mayor Gordon O·Con.

Roll call was as follows; Mayor Gordon O'Con, Alderman Rodney French, Alderwoman Lovace Sowell and Alderwoman Martha Solice.

Also, in attendance was: Cbief Shelby Borders, Asst. CbiefTommy Fatheree,

Brad Rachal with MML&H, Courtney Freeman· Anthony Freeman, and Amber French.

Clerk Celeste O'Con then read the minutes from the Town Council Meeting that was held on July 21, 2025. Alderman Rodney French made a motion to accept the minutes. Alderwoman Martha Sol ice seconded said motion. The vote was as follows:

Yeas: 3

Absent: 0

Nays: 0

MOTION PASSED

Mayor asked for comments and there were none.

Clerk Celeste O'Con then read the June 2025 Income and Expense Report. Alderman Rodney French made motion to accept the report. Alderwoman Lovace Sowell seconded said motion. The vote was as follows:

Yeas: 3

Nays: 0

Absent: 0

 

MOTION PASSED.

Mayor asked for comments and there were none.

Under New Business, Alderman Rodney French made a motion to adopt the Ordinance authorizing the issuance by the Village of Robeline, State of Louisiana of its Taxable Sewer Revenue Bond (DEQ), in an amount not to exceed Nine Hundred Ninety Thousand Dollars (990,000) and providing for other matters in connection. Alderwoman Martha Solice seconded said motion. The vote was as follows:

Alderman Rodney French: Yea Alderwoman Lovace Sowell: Yea

Alderwoman Martha Solice: Yea

Yeas: 3 Nays: 0 Absent: 0

MOTION PASSED.

Mayor asked for comments and there were none.

Having no further business, Alderwoman Lovace Sowell made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Alderman Rodney French seconded said motion.
