The property will be sold at public auction as provided by Internal Revenue Code section 6335 and related regulations. September 9, 2025, 10:00 am CST with registration beginning at 9:30 a.m. at the IRS Office, 1810 Hale Avenue (Rear Parking Lot Area), Harlingen, TX 78550. Only the right, title, and interest of Rodney B. & Candace F. Ryder in and to the property will be offered for sale. If requested, the Internal Revenue Service will furnish information about possible encumbrances, which may be useful in determining the value of the interest being sold. Residential property containing approximately 6.144 acres of land with improvement located at 10523 Hwy 105 in Street, Melville, LA 71353. St. Landry Parish Assessor parcel number 0402546110. Property may be inspected by drive by only. Minimum bid $17,400.00. The Terms of Payment: Deferred payment as follows: 20% of the bid amount required on the acceptance of the highest bid. The balance due in full October 9, 2025.
