NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the following entitled ordinances were introduced at a meeting of the City of New Iberia, acting as the Governing Authority (the Governing Authority) of the City of New Iberia, State of Louisiana, held on August 19, 2025, and laid over for publication of notice:

Ordinance NO. 2025-23:

An Ordinance authorizing the mayor to negotiate and execute an agreement by and between the City of New Iberia and New Iberia Health Services, Inc. related to New Iberia Police Department patrol and law enforcement duties

NO. 2024-2025-20:

An Ordinance amending the budget to provide funding for a grass cutting program

Ordinance NO. 2025-24:

An Ordinance amending and reenacting Sections 94-27 and 94-28 of the City of New Iberia Code of Ordinances related to owner notification for weeds and noxious growths

NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Governing Authority will meet on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at five-thirty (5:30) oclock p.m., at the Regular Meeting Room of the City Hall Council Chambers, New Iberia, Louisiana, at which time there will be a public hearing on the adoption of the aforesaid ordinances.

The cost of this notice is $59.40.
