This is to advise that the contract between the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury and Apeck Construction, LLC, dated February 27, 2020, filed on record on February 28, 2020, bearing File No. 3383503, for Calcasieu Parish Project No. 19-202-0003 (Ham Reid Road Extension Project, Phase 1) has been substantially completed and accepted by the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury on Thursday, June 26, 2025.

Any person or persons, individuals or corporations holding an unpaid invoice for labor or materials in conjunction with said project should file a lien with the Office of the Clerk of Court on or before August 14, 2025.
