Notice is hereby given that the City of Crowley has adopted the attached resolution authorizing the sale of the surplus movable property listed upon Exhibit “A” attached thereto at public auction, to the highest bidder, employing qualified licensed auctioneers in accordance with law, at a price not less than is required by law, after advertising said sale in the manner provided by law, said sale to take place at Guinn Auction Company, 1072 N. Frontage Road Jennings, LA 70546 on July 19, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and remove any individual item of surplus movable property from sale. Items receiving no bid shall be declared junk subject to destruction or disposal. Prospective buyers are offered a variety of options for participating and submitting bids including a live online bidding platform.
