SPECIAL MEETING

June 20, 2025

Mayor Delores Lebaron and the council of the Town of Montgomery, Parish of Grant, State of Louisiana, met in a special meeting at the Montgomery Town Hall, at 5:00 p.m., on the twentieth day of June 2025.

Members present were Councilwoman Harrison, Councilwoman Sheffield, Councilwoman Trichel, and Lisa Evans Town Clerk.

Mayor Lebaron led the Pledge of Allegiance

Councilwoman Sheffield gave the Invocation.

New Business: Purchase of Lawn mower and two weed eaters for Town of Montgomery

Motion made by council woman Sheffield, seconded by Councilwoman Trichel to purchase lawn mower and two weed eaters with accessories for Town of Montgomery from Weeks Tractor, Natchitoches, La.

All in favor motion carried.

Councilwoman Harrison also asked about getting quotes for repairs to the library roof. We have one and will be calling to get two more on Monday June 23rd.

Motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Councilwoman Trichel, seconded by councilwoman Sheffield.
